National Portrait Gallery

Last week saw the reopening of the newly renovated and reimagined National Portrait Gallery.

From the impressive architectural revamp by Jamie Fobert Architects and Purcell, to the grand entrance doors by Tracey Emin, the gallery is completely transformed.

Following a full rehang of its extensive collection, the gallery opens with blockbuster exhibitions, featuring Sir Paul McCartney’s unseen shots of the Beatles and Madame Yevonde’s pioneering colour photography portraits.
