freuds worked with Bupa across several campaigns from 2011-12. We launched Bupa’s International Health Pulse Report in September 2011. Based on interviews with 13,000 people in 12 countries around the world about their health and lifestyle habits, the report was designed to further cement Bupa’s position as a global healthcare expert.
As part of an ongoing brand repositioning as the nation’s healthcare partner, Bupa’s Helping You Find Healthy campaign focused on how health has different meanings to different people. To support a major new advertising campaign they launched the Health Age Calculator, an online tool designed to work out how an individual’s lifestyle habits affects their life expectancy.
And to highlight the expertise and support offered by Bupa’s oncology team, a series of guides was created to help children understand and cope when someone close to them has cancer.
Materials were developed with leading child psychologist Professor Tanya Byron. Actor Stephen Mangan was also brought on board to bring a personal story to the campaign, and spoke frankly about losing his parents to cancer and called for support for families.
