The Role
Atomized Studios are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. This is role is integral in helping the business continue to grow at an exciting time for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for all new business opportunities at Atomized Studios.
- Help to nurture existing partner relationships alongside the Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Work with the creative and production teams on prospective deals to ensure accurate pitches, compelling value propositions and maintain smooth relations.
- Create exciting and captivating deck responses to enquiries.
- Follow up on all leads.
- Showcase Atomized’s portfolio and services to the wider freuds Group in the form of seminars and presentations.
- Collaborate with freuds Group and their clients to upsell what Atomized can produce.
- Work closely with the SMT to identify areas of new opportunity with our existing partners and design strategies to expand within these accounts.
- Attend freuds Group and external partner events.
- Proactively seek out new clients and nurture new relationships.
- Create clear decks and assets to demonstrate what we can offer new partner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 5 - 7 years in a similar role within an agency or production company.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Team player.
- Proficient in deck design packages including PowerPoint, Keynote.
- Able to communicate and present concepts in a succinct and clear way to stakeholders.
- Familiar with the production process so you can talk confidently to clients about the stages.
- Proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with changing briefs.
- Ability to prioritise and flag/ head off curve balls at the outset.
- A history of maintaining long term relationships.
- Success in closing deals.
