EY are committed to challenging gender inequality in the workplace, and wanted to take a leadership position on the issue with key stakeholders at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
freuds created a unique wall made from crystal clear ice through which were screened a series of short original films, produced by freuds, on gender equality. Drinks were hosted for delegates including UK Chancellor George Osbourne. At the end of the conference the films were screened at the Forbes Most Powerful Women event in front of guests including Arianna Huffington, Sheryl Sandberg and Christine Lagarde.
As phase two freuds delivered a social media awareness campaign around International Women’s Day. The campaign included thought-leadership pieces from the global executive team at EY, and a groundbreaking LinkedIn and Twitter awareness campaign which broke industry records for engagement.
