freuds has worked on Stoptober since 2012, and this year, for the first time, Public Health England are promoting the use of e-cigarettes as a quit smoking aid in a new TV advert.
The new e-cigarette messaging was integral, as the campaign enters its sixth year, and freuds was faced with the wonderful challenge of crafting a campaign to combat media fatigue.
A new report from UCL shows that quitting rates are at an all-time high, with the highest number of successful quitters in the first-half of 2017 ever recorded.
Celebrity support came in the form of soap stars Kym Marsh and ‘Big Mo’ (Laila Morse), thanks to Procure Worldwide, both of whom shared their personal stories of quitting.
