Jo first joined freuds in 2007 and spent five years coordinating and managing reputational campaigns for clients such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Nike, Gordon Ramsay Group and Ladbrokes. She specialises in crisis and issues management and headed a team providing 24/7 strategic counsel for both corporates and individuals. In 2013 she left to go in-house with Gordon Ramsay and was responsible for all communications for the chef and his restaurant company. Returning in 2015, Jo leads the personal reputation business, looking after Heston Blumenthal, Sir Mo Farah and David Haye as well as a range of clients such as Chiltern Firehouse, sbe, Half Moon Bay and EY. In addition, Jo provides issues and crisis management support for a range of clients. Previous to this Jo has worked as a PR Director for Sandals Resorts International and LA Fitness Health Clubs and in corporate communications for Weber Shandwick.
