Personal Assistant
The Team
Housed within Knowledge - the PA/EA pool is a Team, made up of 7 PA’s and EA’s, who between them support the C-suite,Partners and Directors. As well as their individual assistant roles, they help with each other’s holiday cover and ad hoc office support. The team have a breadth of experience inside and outside of Freuds Group and camaraderie and care for one another is strong. The team has a can-do attitude and would welcome like-minded additions.
The Role
We’re currently keen to hire a PA for an initial 6-8 months who has some office experience, ideally gained in a creative or similar environment. Key for this role is the ability to form relationships with multiple stakeholders, seemlessly juggle their ever-changing diaries and ensure they all feel prioritised. We’re looking for someone who has a flexible approach, is happy to get involved in new projects as and when they arise and someone who has positive and team led approach to their work

Paid Social Manager - Senior Associate
The Team
This role sits within Freuds’ social team – a specialist team of 15 within Freud Communications.
The team exists to service all clients within the agency on both a consulting and paid basis – ensuring all teams are kept abreast of the latest social best practice. Services provided include content strategy and channel planning, campaign activation, visible leadership and paid media management. The team consists of 7 specialists plugging into many integrated accounts on both a retained and project basis, including Mars, Danone, You Can Adopt, Samsung and Prosus.
The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves the energy of social. You’ll work across a mix of consumer and corporate accounts, running both performance and awareness campaigns that demand sharp thinking and creative flair. Meta and LinkedIn are your core platforms, and you’ll take ownership of planning, buying, optimising and reporting on paid activity with confidence and pace.
You’ll be part of a collaborative social team, so a genuine interest in culture, trends and creative formats is essential. You know how to translate ideas into paid strategies that cut through, and you enjoy experimenting with new approaches to push results further. Strong analytical skills are key, as you’ll turn data into clear insights, present findings to clients and guide ongoing decision‑making.
While paid social is at the heart of the role, a solid understanding of the wider paid media landscape adds real value. Knowledge of paid search will help you build more connected strategies and work effectively across channels.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate (AM), who will be involved in a range of film &/or TV publicity campaigns, as well as live events. We operate an integrated publicity team so you will be expected to have a strong knowledge of UK media and key entertainment contacts in film &/or TV.
You will be a key player in driving the creative ambition of the client and have a proven ability to develop and deliver impactful publicity strategies and campaigns, generating excellent results. The Team
Freuds Health and Behaviour change team is committed to driving positive, meaningful social impact through Behaviour Change.
Our heartland is in earned media because we know that when campaigns earn their way into people’s lives, they travel further and create more meaningful impact. But we also know how to supercharge a campaign through targeted paid media – and we are experts at marrying the two. Crucial to our work is our deep understanding that the choices individuals make each day are influenced by a complex ecosystem of economic, practical, social and – importantly – cultural incentives and barriers.
Based on data, insights and decades of experience, we know the secret to changing perceptions lies in delivering major cultural ‘moments’ to reshape the cultural landscape and shift the dial.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate (SAM/AD) to work across our behaviour change and health clients with a particular focus on our Government backed campaigns such as our recent work with Joe Wicks and the launch of Activate..
You will have previous experience of working on Government initiatives and will understand the complexities that surround developing strategies that will align with all stakeholders and also achieve the maximum anticipated impact. You will have experience in developing and implementing creative comms strategies that resonate with the media and reach both UK and Global audiences.
You will also have best-in-class client and account handling skills to deliver exceptional results across a range of results, demonstrating commerciality to identify growth opportunities. You will be able to manage junior team members and will bring an enthusiasm to train them and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively grow client relationships by developing close working relationships with client teams and managing regular contact with them, both face-to-face and through teleconferences and emails;
- Exceptional account direction skills, ensuring all workstreams are delivered on time and account teams are clear on roles and responsibilities
- Work closely with your account team to ensure they are delivering high-quality work for the client and are developing their own knowledge base and skills
- Helping develop action plans, assigning tasks to the team and otherwise implementing the client program; input into all work carried out and submitted to clients to ensure it is of the highest possible standard
- Manage the drafting of communications materials such as press releases, spokesperson and stakeholder briefing documents, reference packs and tracking/managing client approvals;
- Demonstrate passion and motivation to ensure best in class results for your clients, trouble-shooting problems and providing practical and sensible solutions
- Act as a source of comprehensive knowledge and understanding about your client organisations and their associated market sectors and industries for the delivery of strategic communications counsel – in particular government and healthcare communications and policy
- Develop sophisticated media strategies and regularly manage and contribute to national media sell-ins, ensuring all coverage opportunities have been explored
- Proactively identify resourcing challenges and work with the senior management team to overcome these in a timely fashion to ensure client delivery is not impacted
- Identify growth opportunities for clients via organic growth or helping to cross sell additional freuds services e.g. media training, content development, social media workshops
- Regularly support new business activities, including contributing to proposals and pitches, and attending networking and industry events
