Consumer Associate Director
The Team

The Role
We are looking for a culturally connected, strategically minded and action orientated associate director with big consumer brand experience to work across clients that might include Evian and KFC. We need a motivated leader with 10+ years’ experience of inspiring teams to deliver fame making campaigns that deliver impact in earned and social, that appeal to Gen Z audiences and excite both clients and agency staff. We want someone with the charm, smarts, counsel and proactivity to manage senior clients, large agency teams and form part of the senior team within consumer brands at freuds.

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to inform and influence integrated comms strategies, and knowledge and confidence to articulate the power of earned in an interagency collaborative working group
- Deep understanding of new media earned media strategies to maximize reach and engagement of campaigns across social, content creators and publications
- Ability to manage a response to a client brief end to end, directing and project managing from taking client brief to delivery of presentation. Talent & Influencer - Senior Associate (AD)
The Team
Freuds’ in-house influencer and talent team is a small, fast-paced team working across multiple client accounts to lead on influencer strategy, end-to-end campaign delivery, and talent partnerships. Our work spans everything from large-scale paid activations to organic gifting, influencer events and ambassador programmes, often sitting alongside wider integrated comms campaigns. We work closely with teams across the agency and with external partners to ensure talent is used in smart, strategic and creative ways.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised and confident Influencer and Talent Senior Associate AD to join us. We’re looking for someone who is used to supporting juniors and is currently working in an earned environment who will own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns – working across a breadth of brands, sectors and briefs. You’ll take the lead in making campaigns happen from start to finish, always ensuring they’re executed to the highest standard, working with the surrounding teams (creative, social, account handlers) to ensure fully integrated comms. A solid knowledge of the influencer and talent landscape – including different tiers of talent, industry trends, and how to match the right person to a brief.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to briefs with clear and creative talent ideas, collaborating with senior leads to shape the overall strategy.
- Recommend talent and influencers based on strong briefing criteria, and managing outreach, negotiations, and timelines with agents or publicists.
- Draft detailed influencer/talent briefs and asks that capture the campaign’s needs – from social content through to appearances or PR.
- Support contract creation and negotiation with a clear understanding of campaign deliverables, with input from legal as needed.
- Manage content approvals, influencer communication, and overall campaign progress with a focus on smooth, effective delivery.
- Create wrap-up reports and performance overviews that speak to metrics and outcomes.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate (SAM/AD) to work across our behaviour change and health clients with a particular focus on our Government backed campaigns such as our recent work with Joe Wicks and the launch of Activate..
You will have previous experience of working on Government initiatives and will understand the complexities that surround developing strategies that will align with all stakeholders and also achieve the maximum anticipated impact. You will have experience in developing and implementing creative comms strategies that resonate with the media and reach both UK and Global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively grow client relationships by developing close working relationships with client teams and managing regular contact with them, both face-to-face and through teleconferences and emails;

The Role
As a Senior Account Director in our Social Media team, you’ll be the heartbeat of client relationships, lead teams that deliver compelling social campaigns, and a trusted voice on the role of social within our wider agency. We’re looking for a creatively minded Social Media Account Manager / SocialContent Producer who thrives on building standout social content and managing channels end-to-end - from concept to publication.
You’ll own monthly content planning - driving ideas, liaising with micro influencers and UGC contributors, scheduling, publishing, and reporting. You’ll bring deep platform knowledge and technical understanding of formats, specs and publishing best practice, helping clients maximise the performance of their social channels.
You will be hands-on in producing engaging posts, short-form videos and social assets (predominantly for TikTok and Instagram), using existing photography, designed assets, and animations developed by our internal design and motion team, as well as attending shoots to capture iPhone content.
Additional expertise in social podcast amplification would be valuable - translating episodes into scroll-stopping social content, experimenting with creative formats, and developing cross-channel visibility strategies across both consumer and corporate audiences.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio spanning a well-known podcast, a restaurant brand, the national adoption campaign You Can Adopt, a charity partner, and a global tech investment firm. This role suits someone with solid experience managing clients, delivering content plans end-to-end, and bringing creative precision to every post.

- Manage the day-to-day running of assigned client social channels
