Social Media - Associate Director
The Team
This role sits within Freuds' Social & Influence team – an award-winning specialist social media unit within Freud Communications. At Freuds, we combine the art of influence with the speed of social. We are looking for a senior leader who can bring together creative thinking, client service excellence, operational integration and commercial acumen to help shape the next chapter of our social offering.
The team exists to service clients across the agency through social strategy, campaign development, content planning, channel management, paid media, influencer marketing and creative activation. We partner with our earned teamsacross consumer, corporate, purpose-led, government and B2B briefs, helping brands and organisations navigate an increasingly social-first communications landscape.
The Role
As Associate Director, Client Services Lead, you will be the most senior client services specialist within the social team, acting as the operational and commercial engine behind some of the agency's largest and most strategically important accounts.
Reporting into the Head of Social, you will oversee a portfolio of high-profile retained and project-based clients including McDonald's, Prosus, You Can Adopt, government departments (DCMS and DHSC) and other ad hoc consumer briefs, while helping shape the future direction of the social team.
This is a role for an experienced social specialist who combines outstanding client leadership with strong creative instincts. You will bring a consumer-first mindset to every brief, helping clients create campaigns, content and social experiences that cut through culture, influence behaviour and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will be equally comfortable leading senior client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing large integrated teams and helping transform ambitious ideas into executable programmes of work.

Finance - Sales Ledger Accountant, Associate
The Team
Housed within Knowledge the finance team is a patient, nurturing bunch, with 15 team members in total running the finances of the 20+ group companies that make up Freuds Group. There’s a lot of experience and knowledge on the team, which is tapped into frequently working in such a fast-paced environment.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who will be fully across the Sales function: raising invoices, maintaining the sales ledger and business partnering with directors and partners across the company providing support through all elements of sales, chasing on unpaid client invoices and supporting the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising sales invoices accurately and timely in line with client contractual agreements
- Managing aged debtors with follow ups and reporting
- Assisting in debtor reporting across clients to relevant Partners and Directors
- Supporting the commercial team in managing accrued and deferred income ensuring that Purchase Orders and billing instructions are chased in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all projects are reconciled to Paprika (accounting software) highlighting budget overages and underspends in a timely manner
- WIP management
- Preparation of Working Capital reports for the Board Pack with detailed notes against overdue items
- Responding to agency queries regarding client finances
- Assisting with management accounts at month end

The Team

The Role
We are looking for an AE level candidate who will have already gained experience working full time in an entertainment focussed PR role. We are seeking an Associate (AE) who will be involved in a range of TV & film publicity campaigns, as well as live events. We are seeking an experienced SAD with a corporate background and specialism in issues and crisis communications. Alongside others, the person will be directly handling high level issues and crises across our broad range of clients and in a number of sectors, in addition to wider corporate reputation management work. The role will include working with companies and individuals on communications positioning and framing corporate narratives, defining issues management strategies and leading on media relations.
Reporting into the Business Partner you will use a combination of traditional, technology & data and investigative driven techniques, to help lead our day-to-day crisis activity working with global businesses, business leaders, FMCG brands and individuals on crisis and issues preparation, media management, and providing overarching senior counsel on a 24/7 basis. The ideal candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate expertise in leveraging technology for real-time communication, data analysis, and strategic messaging in highly sensitive and pressured scenarios.
