The Team
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Associate (Account Manager) to join Freuds’ Talent & Influencer Team on an initial 6 month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work across an exciting mix of global consumer brands, leading film and TV projects, and health and behavioural change campaigns. We’re seeking someone passionate about delivering best-in-class influencer and talent strategies, with the versatility to thrive across diverse sectors and briefs.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication across all levels of the team, positively managing both junior colleagues and senior stakeholders, and driving forward innovative, digital-first campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Team Management
- With the support of your team, confidently present progress reports, project updates, and new ideas to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to client conversations with confidence, providing strategic recommendations and clear updates that build trust and strengthen relationships.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Keep both junior and senior team members abreast of activity, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Talent & Influencer Engagement
- Research, identify, and recommend relevant talent and influencers for brand campaigns.
- Champion creative talent partnerships by identifying emerging voices and negotiating collaborations that align with brand objectives.
- Deliver detailed talent briefing documents and attend briefings to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, staying ahead of trends, new faces and platforms.
- Confidently manage relationships with talent, agents, and influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
Content & Storytelling
- Regularly draft high-quality documents including talent briefs, campaign reports, presentation decks and social content.
- Produce creative and compelling briefs for talent rooted in strategy and best practise.
- Review asset submissions from talent and collaborate with client to provide feedback and amends.
Digital & Reporting
- Populate social analytics templates and create dashboards for client presentations.
- Track influencer performance metrics and create wrap-up reports.
Research & Insights
- Conduct thorough research on influencers, talent, and market trends to support campaign planning, as well as the appropriate level of due diligence for brand safety.
- Translate data into actionable insights, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and impact.
- Share relevant industry news and insights with the team.
New Business & Growth
- Support new business proposals and pitches, bringing fresh ideas and insights from the influencer space.
- Contribute to the growth of the Talent & Influencer Team by sharing perspectives and embracing collaboration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience managing multi-channel influencer campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experience working with global consumer brands, ideally within an agency environment.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the talent and influencer ecosystem, with proven ability to identify and engage relevant voices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and attention to detail.
- Confident in managing relationships with clients, talent, agents, influencers, and internal stakeholders
- Digitally savvy, with a passion for exploring new platforms and formats.
- Collaborative team player who takes pride in positively managing colleagues and contributing to a supportive culture.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
