May saw the Freuds Podium team dive headfirst into all things Young Woman and the Sea – a heartwarming biopic that tells the incredible story of Trudy Ederle (Daisy Ridley) who in 1926 became the first woman to swim the English Channel, beating previous successful attempts by nearly two hours.
Junket activity with star Daisy Ridley, director Joachim Rønning and producer Jerry Bruckheimer took place over three days and between them, the trio completed 50+ interviews coordinated by Freuds. Talent spoke with key news, entertainment, film, sports and digital lifestyle media as well as select Signature secured content creators to help make a splash about this remarkable true story being adapted for the big screen.
In addition to a boatload of junket activity, stars and filmmakers also took to the red carpet for a premium UK Gala Screening at the Curzon Mayfair. Freuds media managed the event and talent handled cast and special guests, while Signature handled influencer attendance.
